We decided to produce our own poppy stickpins to wear them on the project day and also on the Veteran Day. The art teacher showed us how to make artistic poppies from fabric. We prepared a presentation with instructions - you can find it below. We also looked up explanation why red / white poppies became symbols of war victims.
